It's common for shipping carriers to face challenges and increased package volume, which can result in delayed or missing shipment scans. In transit packages with no scans or outdated scan information may show the status of "pre-shipment," but this does not necessarily mean that the package is lost.

It is important to note that MOD ON TREND is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is in transit, the shipment carrier is solely responsible for the delivery and condition of the package. MOD ON TREND is also not responsible for any shipping delays. If you receive a tracking notification stating that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, you should contact the shipment carrier, either USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or UPS at 1-800-742-5877, to inquire about the package.
