 Customers have 30 days from the receipt of their order to exchange full-priced items for store credit or for a different size/color.

 However, merchandise listed as "Final Sale" is not eligible for exchange, and we do not offer full refunds or price adjustments. All purchases made using a coupon or promotion that results in a discount of 30% or more will be considered Final Sale transactions. Store credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card, which never expires.

 To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, with all tags attached, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

WAIT FOR APPROVAL

Once your request for an exchange is approved, our customer service team will send you an email with step-by-step instructions on how to proceed and a pre-paid return label.

SEND IT BACK

After receiving detailed instructions on next steps and a prepaid return label from our customer service team, attach the label to your return package and take it to your local post office to ship it back to our warehouse.
