EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers have 30 days from the date their package was delivered or picked up to exchange for store credit or for a different size/color of the same item. Merchandise listed as "Final Sale" is not eligible for exchange. We DO NOT offer full refunds or price adjustments. Store credit is issued in the form of an online gift card and never expires.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in it's original packaging. 

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders placed 11/1/21-11/30/21 will be eligible for an extended exchange period. Exchanges for items purchased within this timeframe can be made through 1/8/22 for store credit or for a different size/color of the same item if available.

REQUEST EXCHANGE

Request an exchange by filling out the form below. Please make sure your item meets the requirements for an exchange as outlined in our Exchange Policy.   

WAIT FOR APPROVAL

When your request is approved you will receive an email from our customer service team with detailed instructions on next steps and a pre-paid return label.

SEND IT BACK

Attach the prepaid label to your return package and drop it off with your local post office to be shipped back to our warehouse.
