Exchange Policy

 Thank you for choosing MOD ON TREND to be your online fashion destination! We strive to provide the best shopping experience possible providing on trend styles in an easy to shop atmosphere. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our team will do everything we can to reconcile the situation to your satisfaction. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Online merchandise can be exchanged for online account credit or for a different size of the specified item. We DO NOT offer full refunds. Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete the request process. Online account credit never expires. All merchandise must be exchanged in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unworn, and with any original tags still attached). All jewelry is FINAL SALE. Sales, promotions, and/or coupon codes that result in a 30% or higher discount make purchases FINAL SALE. Please see promotional marketing for details. If any of the items in your order are received in damaged condition, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order so that we may address the issue in a timely manner.

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

All online orders placed November 4, 2020 through December 24, 2020 will be eligible for exchange through January 10, 2021. All merchandise must be exchanged in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unworn, and with any original tags still attached). Items in these orders can be exchanged for online account credit or item exchange when available. We DO NOT offer full refunds. Orders placed after December 24, 2020 will fall under the normal Exchange Policy (see above). 

Flash Sale/Doorbuster items, items listed under the Sale section, items that are discounted 50% or more, and/or any item that is designated "final sale" are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange under the Holiday Exchange or the normal Exchange Policy. Purchase of Gift Certificates is FINAL SALE. Return requests for eligible orders/items under this policy must be filled out and sent by 11:59pm CST on January 10, 2021. 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Login to your modontrend.com account and complete a request for the item(s) you would like to exchange. After logging in, click on the order containing the item(s) for exchange and then select the "Return Items?" link in the top right corner to complete a request.

2. After your request has been approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label, tape it to your package, and then leave it with the USPS to be shipped back to our warehouse. All items being shipped back must be sent back inside of a shipping bag or box. Please ship items back within 7 days once you receive notification that your exchange has been approved. 

3. Once your package is received, please allow three to five business days for processing. When your exchange is processed you will receive email notification with the status of your exchange and issuance of online merchandise credit.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 For your convenience, modontrend.com offers several shipping options at checkout. On orders subtotaling $50 or more, free shipping to any address within the United States may be selected. On orders with a subtotal less than $50, a flat rate for standard shipping of $7 will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Starting on Monday November 23rd, we will be offering free pickup at our warehouse for local St. Louis, MO customers. Orders are packed Monday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed after 10 a.m. CST will be packed, at the earliest, on the following business day. Modontrend.com does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Please be patient during major sales events, holidays, and peak shopping days as we do expect shipping delays. Current processing times are at 8-10 business days.

MOD ON TREND is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit to or from shipment destinations. Once a package is in transit, the shipment carrier is solely responsible for the deliverance and condition of the package. We are not responsible for shipping delays. If tracking information states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to inquire.

If you would like to request insurance on your package, please indicate this in the notes section of your order at checkout or contact us at (314)736-1601 or customerservice@modontrend.com. If you would like to request insurance on your package after you have placed the order, you must contact us prior to your order being packed and shipped for the insurance to be applied.
