If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, our team will do everything we can to reconcile the situation to your satisfaction. 


Online merchandise can be returned and/or exchanged within 30 days, from the date that the order is placed, for an online merchandise credit or item exchange. Online merchandise credit never expires. All merchandise must be returned and/or exchanged in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unworn, and with any original tags still attached). All jewelry is FINAL SALE. Sales, promotions, and/or coupon codes that result in a 30% or higher discount make purchases FINAL SALE. Please see promotional marketing for details. If any of the items in your order are damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order so that we may address the issue in a timely manner.


1. Login to your account and complete a return request for the item(s) you would like to return and/or exchange. After logging in, click on the order containing item(s) for return and then select the gray button in the top right corner to complete a return request.

2. After your return request has been approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label, tape it to your return package, and then ship it back to our warehouse.  All items being shipped back must be returned inside of a shipping bag or box. Please ship items back within 7 days once you receive notification that your return has been approved.

3. Once your package is received, please allow three to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive email notification with the status of your return and issuance of online merchandise credit.


 For your convenience, offers several shipping options at checkout. On orders subtotaling $75 or more, free shipping to any address within the United States may be selected. On orders with a subtotal less than $75, a flat rate for standard shipping of $7 will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are a local St. Louis, MO customer, you may also elect to choose one of six free Ship to Store options.

Orders are packed Monday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. CST will be packed the following business day. does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Please be patient during major sales events, holidays, and peak shopping days as we do expect shipping delays. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit to or from shipment destinations. Once a package is in transit, the shipment carrier is solely responsible for the deliverance and condition of the package. We are not responsible for shipping delays. If tracking information states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to inquire.

If you would like to request insurance on your package, please indicate this in the notes section of your order at checkout or contact us at (314)736-1601 or If you would like to request insurance on your package after you have placed the order, you must contact us prior to your order being packed and shipped for the insurance to be applied. 


 As a courtesy to our local customers, we offer the option of free Ship to Store at checkout. This option is available at our Edwardsville IL, O’Fallon MO, St. Charles MO, Kirkwood MO, Ladue MO, and Town & Country, MO locations.

 If you would like to utilize this option, simply select the Ship to Store option of the location nearest you in the shipping section of the checkout process. Please double check that you have selected the correct location at the time you review your order before it is placed.

 You will receive email notification at the time your order is packed at our warehouse and awaiting to be shipped into store. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to the store of your choice.

 Please note that once you select Ship to Store, you cannot request/change your shipment option. Your order will not be available for standard shipment once the order has been confirmed.

 Once your order arrives at its Ship to Store location, a member of our staff will contact you letting you know that you may pick up your order at your earliest convenience. Please plan to pick up your order within 1-3 days.

 At the time of your Ship to Store package pickup, please have your order confirmation email accessible to show the store associate for proof of purchase.
