Online merchandise can ONLY be exchanged ONLINE within 30 days, from the date that the order is placed, for an online merchandise credit or item exchange. Online merchandise CANNOT be exchanged at any physical store location. All merchandise must be exchanged in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unworn, and with any original tags still attached).

Any and all merchandise that is discounted via markdown, coupon code, or percent/dollar amount off entire purchase discount is FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or merchandise credit.

Accessories CANNOT be exchanged under any circumstance and are FINAL SALEAccessories include handbags, belts, intimate wear, jewelry, sunglasses, etc.

Shoes can be exchanged within 30 days of the date purchased as long as they are unworn, sent back in their original box, and received no discount at checkout.  


1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that any merchandise you would like to exchange meets all the specified criteria.

2. Login to your account and complete a return request form for the item(s) you would like to exchange. 

3. After your request has been approved (email notification will be sent to the email on file), please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Items must be sent back within 7 days of the approved return status. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. 

4. Once your package is received, please allow up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return. 


 For your convenience, offers several shipping options at checkout. On orders subtotaling $50 or more, free shipping to any address within the United States may be selected. On orders with a subtotal less than $50, a flat rate for standard shipping of $7 will apply. If you are a local St. Louis, MO customer, you may also elect to choose one of five free in store pickup options.

MODONTREND.COM is NOT  responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit to or from shipment destinations. Once a package is in transit, the shipment carrier is solely responsible for the deliverance and condition of the package.    


 As a courtesy to our local customers, we offer the option of free in store pickup at checkout. This option is available at our Edwardsville IL, O’Fallon MO, St. Charles MO, Kirkwood MO, and Ladue MO locations.

 If you would like to utilize this option, simply select the in store option of the location nearest you in the shipping section of the checkout process. Please double check that you have selected the correct location at the time you review your order before it is placed.

 You will receive an email notification at the time your order is packed at our warehouse and awaiting to be shipped into store. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to the store of your choice. 

 Please note that once you select in store pickup, you cannot request/change your shipment option. Your order will not be available for standard shipment once the order has been confirmed.

 Once your order arrives at its' in store pickup location, a member of our staff will contact you letting you know that you may pick up your order at your earliest convenience. Please plan to pick up your order within 1-3 days.

 At the time of your in store package pickup, please have your order confirmation email accessible to show the store associate for proof of purchase.

 Pre-Order Information

Pre-Order merchandise is mainly online exclusive product or early access pieces that you can only get online. Pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quality, and detailing of the item.

The expected ship date listed on our product pages are estimated dates of arrival in our warehouse. As soon as pre-order product arrives in our warehouse we will make sure to ship it out as quickly as we can so please be patient.

If you combine pre-order items with in stock items, we will ship your in stock items at the time of the original order. Once your pre-order items arrive, they will be shipped with a new invoice. Email notification will follow each shipment. 

Payment for pre-order merchandise is processed automatically once your order is placed. Our online returns and exchanges policy will take effect at the time your pre-order product is shipped.
