Merchandise may be returned online within 30 days from the date that the order is placed for a website  merchandise credit or item exchange. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags still attached). Any returned merchandise received with makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, smoke scent, rips/holes, etc. will be refused and returned back to the client. In the event that this is the case, the client will be held responsible for charges incurred when re-shipping.

All merchandise that is under the "Sale" tab or has had any discount applied to it or the transaction as a whole (ex. flash sale events, promotional codes, percent off, dollar amount off) are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE. These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged.

ACCESSORIES including hats, jewelry, belts, undergarments/bralettes, sunglasses, bags, wallets, and key chains CANNOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Shoes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date purchased so long as they are unworn and returned in their original box. If there is any damage to the shoe box, shipping labels, packing tape or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted for return or exchange. The item will then be returned to the customer and is subject to a return shipping fee. 



1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that any merchandise you would like to return meets all the specified criteria.

2. Login to your account and complete a Return Request form for the item(s) you would like to return. 

3. After your request has been approved by our Returns Department (email notification will be sent to the email on file) please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. 

4. Once your package is received, please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.



1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you as well as the cost of the shipping back to us.

2. Undelivered orders due to an error on your part that will require re-shipment will be charged to you.

3.  MODONTREND.COM is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit to or from shipment destinations. Once a package is in transit, the shipment carrier is solely responsible for the deliverance and condition of the package.
